📅聘用期間

💼工作內容
1. 指導 ELTA 教學助理。
2. 每月召開諮詢聯繫會議，掌握執行進度與成效。
3. 協助處理教學問題、教學諮詢與回報機制。
4. 協助教育部其他引進外師計畫之行政工作與輔導任務。

💰薪資與福利
1. 薪資依教育部國教署規定。
2. 提供機票補助、租屋補助、考核獎金、超時鐘點費。
3. 健康保險、勞工保險與退休金(依合約內容為準）

✅應徵資格
1. 英語為護照國籍的官方或通行語言。
2. 持有認可大學(含獨立學院)之學士學位以上學歷。
3. 具備合法教師證書或任教資格，並可在原國授課。
4. 具三年以上英語教學經驗。
5. 具辦理英語活動或雙語教育成效經驗者佳。
6. 具良好溝通協調能力與團隊合作精神。
7. 熟悉 ELTA與TFETP計畫者為佳。

🌟[Recruitment] Foreign Teaching Adviser in Hsinchu County🌟

We are now hiring a passionate and experienced Foreign Teaching Adviser for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Join us to empower English education in Hsinchu County!

📍 Work Location
Hsinchu County English Education Resource Center (Located in Sheng-Li Junior High School, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County)

📅 Contract Period
From the date of report until July 14, 2026 (A 3-month probationary period is required.)

📝 Job Responsibilities
1. Provide guidance and mentorship to ELTA (English Language Teaching Assistants).
2. Attend monthly coordination and consultation meetings.
3. Assist with cases requiring teaching support or intervention.
4. Help manage administrative tasks related to MOE foreign teacher programs.
5. Support foreign English teachers under other MOE programs and participate in teacher counseling.

💰 Salary & Benefits
1. Monthly salary based on MOE Foreign Teaching Adviser salary scale
2. Benefits include:

✅Eligibility Requirements
1. Citizenship from a country where English is the official or commonly spoken language
2. Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university (as per Taiwan MOE list).
3. Valid teaching license or qualification from the applicant's home country. 
4. At least 3 years of English teaching experience.
5. Experience organizing English events or bilingual programs.
6. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
7. Familiarity with ELTA and TFETP programs is preferred
